The U.S. Postal Service is consistently rated the most popular federal agency in polls. But it’s facing a bleak financial outlook, with projections that it will run out of money by September. We speak with a retired mail carrier and a Washington Post reporter about why the Postal Service is in trouble and what can be done to help it.
