Starbucks closed its stores across the country Tuesday to hold anti-bias training in the wake of an incident in which a manager had two black men arrested. Then men sitting in the store waiting for a business associate and had not purchased anything. This hour of The Morning Show, we look into what implicit bias is and whether anti-bias training actually works with a psychologist who’s been studying these issues for over a decade.
