PepsiCo’s CEO is leaving the company. Indra Nooyi is a successful businesswoman; she’s also one of the few racial minorities to lead a major company, and one of only two dozen women CEOs on the Fortune 500. In an era of rapidly changing demographics, is the board room doing enough to keep up?
