One In Four Wisconsin Workers Makes A Poverty Wage, Says New Report
According to a new report from the Center on Wisconsin Strategy, one in four Wisconsin workers earns a poverty wage. Those 700,000 people earn less than $11.36 an hour, the national poverty benchmark for a family of four. Wisconsin’s minimum wage is $7.25 an hour.
