Gogebic Taconite To Close Office In Hurley
Gogebic Taconite, the company behind a controversial mining project in northern Wisconsin, will be closing the company offices in Hurley. Gogebic Taconite’s president released a statement saying they could not “justify maintaining an office in Hurley without a prospect of immediate action.” We speak with a reporter familiar with the story about the closing, and what happens next.
