A federal judge has ruled Wisconsin’s ban on same-sex marriage unconstitutional. Veronica Rueckert and Rob Ferrett talk with WPR reporter Gilman Halsted about the ruling. The daughter is six and transitioned when she was four. They chose not to disclose their identities.
