Wisconsin Legislator Proposes Legalizing Pot
Wisconsin State Representative Melissa Sargent of Madison has proposed that the state legalize marijuana in a similar fashion to Colorado. It would legalize both medicinal and recreational uses. It is unlikely the bill will pass the GOP-controlled legislature. Representative Sargent weighs in.
