Chiwaukee Prairie Area Receives International Recognition
The Chiwaukee Prairie Illinois Beach Lake Plain, which features natural areas in Wisconsin and Illinois, has been designated as a “Wetland of International Importance” – only the 38th wetland in the United States to receive that honor.
