Department Of Justice Rescinds Obama-Era Policy On Marijuana
Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced in a memo today that he will revoke a set of Obama-era policies that discouraged federal prosecutors from enforcing federal marijuana laws in states that had legalized the drug.
