You may have a protective German Shepherd, a needy Dachshund, or a friendly Labrador. But a new study on canine genetics found that dog breed has little bearing on personality, and is much more significant in determining looks. If Roe v. Wade is overturned, other legal precedent may be called into question
The leaked Supreme Court draft opinion that would overturn Roe v. Wade is an originalist interpretation of the Constitution, asserting that a right to abortion is not implied by the 14th Amendment’s due process clause, nor by the country’s history. We look at how this could affect other due process rights.
