  • UFOs are in the news—and possibly in Elmwood

On Wednesday, Congress held a House Oversight and Accountability subcommittee hearing on the topic of UFOs, officially referred to as Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). Chaired by Wisconsin Rep. Glenn Grothman, the hearing included claims by a former Air Force intelligence officer that the Pentagon has been concealing a longstanding UAP recovery and reverse-engineering program. We talk to Glenn Grothman about the outcome of the hearing. At the same time, the 44th annual “Elmwood UFO Days” is set to happen in Wisconsin this weekend. We talk to an organizer about the event and Elmwood’s history of UFO sightings.

  • Cold cooking with an executive chef

In the dog days of summer, why turn the oven on for meals when you don’t have to? St. Norbert College’s executive chef shows there are many meals to beat the heat this season with minimal to no heat involved.
