For more about the doctor apology bill, read this story.
- On Thursday, Republican state Sen. Glenn Grothman announced he plans to run against U.S. Rep. Tom Petri, a Republican from Fond du Lac. Grothmann said he thinks Petri is too moderate, but Petri said his “record of pragmatic conservatism” will speak for itself. For more on this news, keep reading.
- Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and other GOP leaders sent a letter to Republican staet Rep. Bill Kramer asking him to resign his seat.
