Rickie’s Cabbage FuFu

  • 1 Head Cabbage
  • 1 Pound Lean ground beef
  • 1 Cup Chopped onion
  • ½ Cup Instant rice, uncooked
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper
  • 3 Cups Tomato juice
  • 3 tsp Grated parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Chop cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Spread cabbage in pan.
  5. Brown meat with onion; drain fat.
  6. Add uncooked rice.
  7. Season and stir.
  8. Pour tomato juice over and sprinkle with Parmesean cheese.
  9. Cover with foil; bake for one and half hours.
