With a new in-coming governor, there will be many new appointees to cabinet positions in addition to appointments made to agencies and boards. But governor-elect Jim Doyle has the opportunity, if he takes it, to sweep out additional republican appointees nominated but never confirmed. Frederica Freyberg reports.
