Wisconsin elderly, disabled among those learning about new ID requirement

Wisconsin’s Government Accountability Board is working to educate people about the state’s new voter ID law. Employees are travelling around the state answering questions about the law, and are especially targeting the elderly or disabled.Patty Murray reports.
