Governor Scott Walker used his first State of the State Address last night to proclaim that Wisconsin is open for business, and Wisconsin’s state budget is open for cuts.Walker took aim at state workers, saying they needed to make concessions to balance the budget.But beyond that the Governor was short on specifics.Wisconsin Public Radio’s Shawn Johnson reports.
