A New York website has released audio of a prank phone call to Governor Scott Walker where Walker spoke at length to a man he thought was a billionaire Republican donor.As Shawn Johnson reports, Walker talked in the call about how his efforts to strip public employee unions of their bargaining rights could set off a domino effect in other states.
