Walker revisits first few months of administration before Congressional delegates

Governor Scott Walker traveled to Washington D.C. today to testify before a special Congressional committee studying state and local debt.As Shawn Johnson reports, the discussion had less to do with finding solutions and everything to do with the Governor.
