UW La Crosse workers consider unionizing despite attempts to cut collective bargaining

Workers at University of Wisconsin-La Crosse will vote next week whether to unionize, regardless what the legislature does with the Governor’s budget proposal, that would cut back collective bargaining. Maureen McCollum reports.
