Unions ask Walker to start bargaining again

The president of the state’s largest public employee union says it’s time for the Governor to start bargaining wages with state workers. Marty Biel hand delivered a letter to Governor Walker Monday citing last week’s Federal Court ruling that struck down some portions of the new collective bargaining law. Gilman Halsted reports.
