Taxpayers United of America backs Walker at Capitol conference

A national taxpayer’s rights group is backing governor Walker’s plan to strip public employee unions of most of their collective bargaining rights. Taxpayers United of America held a news conference in the state capitol Monday. Gil Halsted reports.
