Supreme Court votes down proposal to hire group dynamics expert

The Wisconsin Supreme court has voted down a proposal to hire a group dynamics expert to help the divided court gert along with each other better. The suggestion comes as the state Judicial Commission continues to investigate a physical altercation between two of the justices that took place in June. Gilman Halsted reports.
