Supreme Court questions fairness of homeless sex offender law

Several state Supreme Court justices are questioning the fairness of a law that makes it a felony for a homeless sex offender not to inform authoriites of his address.The court heard oral arguments yesterday in a case that could lead to a change in the law. Gilman Halsted reports.
