State Supreme Court considers ruling on voter ID law

It’s now up to the Wisconsin Supreme Court to decide whether the state’s controversial Voter ID law is constitutional. Yesterday, the state appeals court declined to rule on two lawsuits challenging the lawand asked the state’s seven supreme Court justices to rule.
