Governor Walker stayed on-message in his State of the State address Wednesday night, and offered limited signs he’ll reach across the political aisle this year. That’s according to Amber Wichowski.She’s a political scientist at Marquette University in Milwaukee, who shared her analysis with Wisconsin Pubilc Radio’s Terry Bell.
