The exodus of the 14 Democrats yesterday left the state senate without a quorum, stalling Governor Walker’s budget repair bill. But the Democrats expect to return to Wisconsin from the Land of Lincoln within a few days, probably before business resumes next week. Mike Simonson reports from Superior.
