Sec of State: Collective bargaining law in effect June 29th

Wisconsin’s Secretary of State won’t publish the state’s new collective bargaining law for another 10 days, saying that means it won’t take effect until June 29th.As Shawn Johnson reports the state’s lawyer dispute that and the Governor says it’s irrelevant.
