Republican lawmakers pass on chance to redraw maps

Republican leaders have turned down a second offer from federal judges to redraw Wisconsin’s redistricting plan.As Shawn Johnson reports, it means arguments in a lawsuit challenging the Republican-drawn maps will proceed this morning.
