Protesters swarm Capitol after GOP Senators pass budget repair bill

This morning, more than a thousand people remain inside the state Capitol in Madison.They poured into the building last night after Senate Republicans passed portions of the budget repair bill that include stripping public employee Unionsof most of their bargaining rights. Gil Halsted reports.
