Open hearings last through the night; Joint Finance Committee to vote on budget repair today

The legislature’s finance committee capped off a bizarre day at around three o’clock this morning when it cut off public testimony on a plan that would strip government unions of bargaining rights. But as Shawn Johnson reports, opponents of the plan remained in the capitol building in protest.
