Native American drummer pleads not guilty to citation for drumming in the Capitol Building

The Red Cliff Chippewa drummer arrested at a mining protest in the state Capitol Building last month is fighting the ticket given to him by Capital Police. His initial hearing is today. Mike Simonson reports.
