Looking back at Wisconsin National Guard’s role in Iraq war

The war in Iraq came to an official end last week, and the last American combat forces should be out of the country by the end of next week.

The Wisconsin National Guard played a significant role in the effort, sending 12,000citizen soldiers and airmen.92 military men and women from Wisconsin died in Iraq.
