Kloppenburg explains need for Wisconsin Supreme Court election recount

State Supreme Court candidate Joanne Kloppenburg has requested a statewide recount of the results of the April 5th election. She says the recount is needed to restore confidence in the state’s electoral process. Gil Halsted reports.
