The legal wrangling between State Supreme Court Justice David Prosser and the Judicial Commission isn’t over yet. The Commission’s attorney says he’ll respond soon to Prosser’sclaim that the commission doesn’t have the authority to investigate the physical confrontation between Prosser and fellow Justice Anne Walsh Bradley.
