Judge Sumi says state Senate violated open meetings law

A Dane County judge has struck down Wisconsin’s collective bargaining law, saying legislators broke the state’s open meetings law when they passed it.As Shawn Johnson reports, the move has Republicans hoping Wisconsin’s highest court will step in.
