High court election recount begins in Eau Claire County, with new guidelines

Dozens of election workers and a handful of observers and legal representatives are busy recounting nearly 30,000 state Supreme Court ballots in Eau Claire County.Rich Kremer reports so far it’s all adding up, but the final results may not be known for the better part of a week.
