The state Department of Justice is in the process of drafting rules and regulations for Wisconsinites who want to carry concealed weapons. Concealed carry permits won’t be available until Novemebr, But firearms trainers are already gearing up to give people the trainng they need to pack their own heat. Gilman Halsted reports.
