A gun rights advocacy group has filed a second civil rights lawsuit against the Madison Police Department. Wisconsin Carry Inc is seeking damages for whatit callsthe unlawful arrest of five of their members at a Culver’s restaurant in Madison last September. Gilman Halsted reports.
