Democrats flipped an unprecedented two state Senate seats in yesterday’s recall elections but came up just short in their effort to take control of the chamber from majority Republicans.As Shawn Johnson reports, it was the second time this year the GOP held its ground in campaigns that drew their energy from the fight over Governor Scott Walker’s collective bargaining law.
