Wisconsinites are heading to the polls Tuesday as the national spotlight focused on the Badger State as voters made their choices in the heated presidential race and U.S. Senate race.
The vice presidential candidates and their surrogates have spent the last days of the campaign crisscrossing the state, appearing at town hall meetings, rallies and giving speeches. Meanwhile, Wisconsin’s seats in Congress, and regional and local races are among the items on Tuesday’s ballot.
Wisconsin’s U.S. Senate race between Republican incumbent Ron Johnson and former Sen. Russ Feingold is tight.
