Dems charge GOP redistricting plan disenfranchises minorities

Republicans in the state Assembly sent a plan to Governor Scott Walker’s desk last night that would redraw Wisconsin’s political boundaries for the next decade, giving the GOP an electoral edge in the process.But Democrats contend the way the map treats Hispanic and black voters makes it vulnerable to a federal lawsuit.Shawn Johnson reports.
