A Democrat running in Paul Ryan’s district in southeast Wisconsin is hoping to generate some political traction from the Janesville Republican’s controversial Medicare reform plan. Rob Zerban delivered thousands of petition signatures that he collected from the website he created a few weeks ago called handsoffmygrandma.com. Dave Cole reports.
