Criticism and defense for Wisconsin redistricting plan

Critics of a Republican plan to redraw Wisconsin’s political boundaries for the next decade testified yesterday that it was politically motivated and possibly illegal.But the map’s GOP backers told a panel of state lawmakers that the proposed lines follow straightforward principles that would hold up in court.Shawn Johnson reports.
