In yesterday’s Wisconsin State Journal, tucked at the bottom of page A-4, Secretary of State Doug La Follette ran a public notice that he had “affixed his official seal” on 2011 Wisconsin Act 10.The publication means that as of today, Governor Scott Walker’s plan to strip most public employee unions of their bargaining rights is now law.Shawn Johnson has this report on all the procedural twists and turns it took to get there.
