Collective bargaining item not in budget fix

The legislature is scheduled to vote today on a proposal by Governor Scott Walker to patch a hole in the state budget that runs through the end of June.As Shawn Johnson reports, Republicans say this version won’t include Walker’s collective bargaining plan.
