Assembly continues debate over collective bargaining

State Assembly lawmakers have started what will likely be a lengthy debate on a plan by the Governor that would strip public employee unions of their collective bargaining rights.It comes as the capitol is under tight security, with police stationed all over the building.Shawn Johnson reports.
