The Wisconsin Supreme Court heard lengthy arguments yesterday over whether it should get involved in the lawsuit that overturned Governor Walker’s collective bargaining law.
As Shawn Johnson reports, much of the discussion pivoted on whether the state’s open meetings law is grounded in the constitution or whether it’s more of a suggestion that the legislature can ignore.
