Yulanda McMillon is a recent graduate of the High School Equivalency Diploma adult learning program at the YWCA of southeastern Wisconsin. While working on a cleaning crew for the environmental services contractor at the YWCA, she first reached out for help with her son’s résumé. But then she saw the opportunity to start to pursue her own dreams, and managed to support and encourage her fellow students while she did.
