Valerie Stull is a faculty associate and research scientist at the UW-Madison. Her interdisciplinary research focuses on sustainable food systems and health, with an emphasis on the impacts of eating and farming insects. She is also the president of MIGHTi – the Mission to Improve Global Health Through Innovation.
