Todd McKinney is a researcher with Rocket City Quality Evaluation in the Troposphere (RO3QET), which is involved in a month-long, multi-state and federal agency project monitoring ground ozone in southeast Wisconsin and over Lake Michigan. McKinney is a PhD candidate and graduate research assistant at the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
